Customs, Taxes & Delivery Delays (USA & International Orders)
For orders shipped to the United States and other international destinations, shipments may be held by customs due to import duties, taxes, or inspections in accordance with local laws.
Any delays caused by customs clearance or tax processing are beyond our control and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or replacements.
Product Accuracy & Quality Commitment
All products are delivered exactly as shown in the product images and descriptions available on our website.
We clearly list all materials, colors, designs, and features before purchase to ensure full transparency.
If the delivered product matches the confirmed order and website presentation, we are not responsible for remaking, replacing, or issuing a refund.
Exceptions (Company Error Only)
Returns or refunds may be considered only if:
The wrong item was delivered due to an error on our part, or
The item arrives damaged or defective, and written notice with supporting evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
